Influence of Empowerment of Team Leadership on Team Effectiveness of Collaborative Partnerships in International Research Organizations in Kenya

The study examined the impact of empowering team leadership on effectiveness collaborative partnerships in international research organizations Kenya. was guided by following question: How does influence Kenya? utilized Hill's (2001) theory as a theoretical framework and employed positivist philosophy. A correlational design employed, census 164 program leaders, project managers, heads departments from 12 conducted. Structured questionnaires were data collection method, collected subsequently organized, coded, analyzed using SPSS version 25. Descriptive inferential statistical methods for analysis. correlation results indicated positive significant association between effectiveness. regression analysis (R2) demonstrated that 33.2% variation Kenya could be explained leadership. Furthermore, revealed relationship (β = .597, t (151) 8.72, p<.05). null hypothesis rejected. Hence, empowerment significantly influences concludes strategies may involve skill development, promoting awareness fostering inclusivity decision-making processes. Empowerment can enhance motivation engagement among members, thereby facilitating better communication collaboration within team. It is recommended operating prioritize Empowering crucial any organization it cultivates sense ownership accountability leading to heightened motivation, productivity, overall should provide training development opportunities, establish clear goals expectations, foster an inclusive supportive work environment.
